Admission Process and Rules

The admissions process at the college is highly competitive, with rigorous selection criteria to ensure that we admit the most qualified students. 

  1. The first year students are instructed that the subjects written on the admission form will not change after the online registration of the Lahore Board.
  2. In case of getting admission in other colleges after depositing the fee in this college, the students can cancel the registration but their dues will not be returned.
  3. First year students will fill out their form online by visiting www.ocas.punjab.gov.pk before submitting the admission form to the college. After downloading the challan form, they will get the slip by depositing Rs.25 from any branch of the Bank of Punjab.
  4. Students admitted in the college last year who have left the college due to any reason and wish to re-admit should cancel their registration from their previous college. They are eligible to re-admit within 15 days of the commencement of admission and attach a stamp paper.
  5. Every aspirant has to attach the following documents along with the admission form:
    • 3 attested copies of Matriculation/Intermediate Certificates.
    • 1 Attested copy of Father's Identity Card
    • 1 Attested copy of character certificate obtained from the head of the previous educational institution
    • 1 Attested copy of Student B-Form / Identity Card
    • In case of coming from any other board university other than Lahore Board Punjab University, the student must also submit the following documents:
      • Character and College Leaving Certificate from the Head of the previous educational institution
      • Authorization letter from the Chairman of the previous educational institution or Registrar of the University (Migration certificate).
      • Registration No. NOC of previous Board/University
    • 3 Recently taken attested passport size photograph 1.5 x 1.5 with white background. 
    • Submit a medically certified medical certificate along with the admission form. (Along with the admission form, pharma on health is also available in the prospectus)

    • Note: After getting admission, students have to submit two more photographs with a white background. Write your name and your father's name on the back of the photos. It is mandatory for every student to create their email account in g-mail and enter it in the space provided in the admission form and also provide their own working WhatsApp number.

  6. In case of admission under the disabled quota, the student will have to attach her physical disability certificate from Services Hospital M.S along with the admission form.
  7. For sports-based admission, a sports certificate must be affixed along with the admission form.
  8. Hafiza Quran students will be given 20 additional marks provided they produce the certificate of the registered institution.
  9. The age limit for admission to the first year is 18 years.
  10. All the selected students have to present their original documents while submitting the fee.
  11. If a student gets permission for admission but is not able to pay the dues within the prescribed period, her admission will be considered canceled.
  12. The student must appear in person for admission.
  13. The female students admitted to the second shift will not be transferred to the first shift under any circumstances.
  14. Admission will be based on merit. Parents will be responsible for any illegal transactions for admission.
